Accelerated Degree Programs for Working Adults

It is up to you to shape your future.

To enrich it, enhance it and bring it closer to the vision you have of who you want to be. But as an adult, that path is likely fraught with the simple reality of everyday life. Deadlines, dinner plans, a child’s doctor visit or school play.

So we’ve created our School for Professional Studies (SPS) as a program that uniquely fits into that reality. It’s adult learning that’s flexible, wide-ranging and affordable.

But it’s shaped to your life in another distinct respect, too–it’s profoundly rewarding. Because you’ll be amongst experts and peers while you create a path to the professional future you deserve.

WPU Backs myFutureNC: Education for Millions in NC

WPU proudly supports myFutureNC and its ambitious goal for two million North Carolinians between the ages of 25-44 to earn a postsecondary credential or degree by the year 2030.

The myFutureNC commission’s call-to-action comes from a report that fewer than half of North Carolinians between the ages of 25-44 hold high-quality credential or postsecondary degree, which is starkly contrasted with the fact that within the next year almost 70% of North Carolina jobs will require a postsecondary degree or credential.

WPU is ready to rise to the challenge, and to help educate as many North Carolinians as possible.

WPU proudly attended myFutureNC’s goal announcement event, where the commission issued a call-to-action for the state of North Carolina in regards to education.
